The internet is considered to be one of the most obvious forms of freedom and democratization in the common knowledge. At the same time, everyone who uses it becomes a subject of mass observation. Private life is a general and instinctive part of human existence. When we are observed our behavior changes completely. The question is can we maintain our private sphere in a world that is very much defined by the internet? Are we aware of the impacts of the internet on our private life? In this artist book I took my family pictures, I made them unrecognizable. In order for the reader to find the original pictures, they have to remove the layer of paint I put over them as a metaphor of privacy. The book contains informative text about the internet for the reader, drawing attention on the importance of the private sphere in the world of the internet.
